personally I want to see him in NYC, assembling an all time great euroteam and pairing up with Porzingis but I'm interested to hear what you think.

I also wanted to see him on the Knicks, but that's getting very unlikely.

From the realistic scenarios:
1. Bulls
2. Mavs (probably good for his career, top coach, organization used to having a Euro star)
3. Celtics (they're stacked at his positions, though, and there's no way Irving would be willing to let Doncic have the ball as much as he should have it)

Doncic - Porzingis pairing would be my wet dream. Sadly Porzingis is carrying Knicks too hard this season :/

I agree, Doncic with KP would be amazing to watch, but unfortunately Knicks actually won some games this year. Bulls could be interesting, I was very impressed with Markannen at Eurobasket, if he can continue developing that could be a nice young core. On the other hand their front office...

Yes, Bulls would be the 2nd best option imo, since Markkanen is basically poor man's Porzingis :D

Ok, but am I supposed to be laughing if it's a bad joke? Because it really looked like something an 8-year old kid might had done in order to impress his father. Cringe-worthy, basically. I think I'll pass. :)

Personally I'm hoping he lands in Chicago. Knicks are not realistic. I think that Bulls are on their way to a relatively quick rebuild, they might have a very strong team in 2 years. I think that relatively quickly they will be able to attract top free agents as well. Some Bulls fans are still dreaming about tanking next year but I think there is no way they would have a top 5 pick next year, there are too many teams that are atrocious with bleakly looking future. I hope he doesn't end in some freaking xXxXxXx. :)

For me it would be really interesting to see him at
1. NO Pelicans
2. San Antonio
3. Detroit
4. New York

Bud and Hoiberg are certainly the type of coaches you'd want Doncic to play under.
I think both the Hawks and Bulls have some solid pieces.
Really its hard to make a choice without knowing future moves because both will need a franchise piece (ideally a defensive anchor) even with Doncic.
Doncic is portable, though, I can't really think of many situations where he wouldn't be a good fit.

Doncic would turn the entire Hawks franchise around. He & Budenholzer would be amazing together.

Winning with the Bulls would obviously mean the most. It seems like destiny that he wind up there & build around he & Markkanen.

Mavs seem like a solid landing spot.

He & Fox on the Kings would bring that franchise back to prominence.

Also, regarding Markkanen, he doesn't have much in common stylistically with Porzingis at all.

Doncic is starting to remind me of Penny Hardaway. He's not as athletic as Penny was, and he's a better shooter than Penny. But the playing style is very similar.

I don't see much Penny at all. He reminds me of a gigantic kyrie

How so? Kyrie's handles are much better and he's much quicker towards the baskets, and can hit tough shots there consistently. His first mode is also scoring. Meanwhile Doncic is first and foremost a playmaker who can score, he has a much more natural feel for the game and relies on his poise to create good looks for himself and others. Doncic is a guy who creates shots that look easy while Irving is the master in converting tough shots – in this regard they are pretty much opposites. I can see some similarities as to how they leverage their ball handling and shooting ability to create space when they are not at the rim but overall I don't see much Kyrie in Luka.

Sam Vecenie and Tony Jones call him a modern Larry Bird.

Reminds me of a smaller Luc Longley. I see a hint of Dan Majerle and Cecilia Zandalasini in him as well.

See at 0:50 - defending Tomič (218cm) and getting a rebound. Impressive.

I am telling u Luka is creating his own lane in basketball landscape, nobody has ever done what he has and that's why it's so hard to predict how good he Will become.

http://www.nbadraft.net/players/draymond-green

Terrific rebounder thanks to the combination of an aggressive motor and soft hands ... Unselfish and timely passer ... Overachiever. High basketball IQ ... Makes those around him better, possesses sense of maturity and leadership qualities ...

Lacks explosiveness, agility, elusiveness and quickness off the bounce

A lot of similarities when you read Green's profile. Actually Doncic sounds like Green, but instead of elite defense he brings elite attack to the table.

You comparing him to Draymond Green really makes me think about it, if they have similar skillsets then is it possible that Luka might eventually also become a really good defender?

Also, how come draymond is not an elite attacker? Is there something Luka can learn from him? I'm just brainstorming at this point i actualy don't know Draymond well, did some reading but nothing major, so maybe you guys could elaborate on that more?
