Oh yeah, motor concerns are definitely at the top of my concerns. He's been super lazy in HS.
Also re: Green. As of now, Green's highlights are definitely much greater than his actual game. Not sure how many of those who love him have watched a number of full games but for all the traits to love about him (and there are a lot!) he's still really raw when it comes to using them consistently in the half-court and he also has a tendency to make lazy plays on both ends of the court that is at least worth keeping an eye on. In terms of consistency and making the right plays, Cunningham is far ahead in my eyes.
