How does Dunn have the same standing reach as Brooks despite standing an inch shorter with a wingspan 6 inches shorter?

Brooks and Burks numbers are eerily similar. In fact Brooks best him in several categories.

I like Burks better, tho.

Just a guess, but frequently wingspan is skewed quite a bit by players with broad shoulders. This can add a lot to wingspan that doesn't translate to standing reach.

Also, these measurements are always highly quirky and can vary by quite a bit depending on circumstances, even when clear professionals are taking them.

Necks and shoulders vary in length/width.

Jimmer's lane agility numbers a big surprise for a supposed "slow guy", another great shooter but supposedly not all that athletic is Andrew Goudelock - his numbers looks rather athletic to me as he bear all the supposed speedy guys, good jumper as well
