Good news is that Exum reminds me of Eddie Jones, but the bad news is that Alec Burks reminded me of Eddie Jones a few years ago and Alec Burks' career has looked pathetic so far.

eddie was not as reliant on the dribble as exum is.

I still don't see this all world speed you all are talking about. Maybe it's because his handle isn't tight enough, but I'm not seeing the crazy first step. I want to see him against athletic players, he seems to be abusing slow unathletic players, that's why people think he's much faster than he really is

Lebron made it to the finals with that cleveland team.

Bird would have won 4 rings with that team, in this weak ass era of basketball.

Do you consider Aaron Harrison athletic? 0:50...how bout Andrews Wiggins? i heard his somewhat athletic 0:22.

Its pretty clear his first step is elite against anybody.

Even in the video below at 3:15, 3:30, 3:45, you can see that they cant stay in front of him.

Love the defensive rebound/turnaround into casual full court swish to beat the clock at around :50ish on the second video.

So no other full games online other than the Hoops Summit and the game versus Spain?

Which might cause him to slip a few spots.

I read that wrong lol. What I meant is him not playing against good competition right now may cause him to slide.

The best example of his first step is in this video playing with/against the best draftable players in the world.

2:26 in. Don't care who you are playing against, it's pretty obvious that kind of quickness is abolutely elite. The commentators talk a few times about his explosiveness through the broadcast and even jokingly call him baby MJ at 3:24 after a crazy make.

Its Bleacher Report but quite a good read.

DIdnt know he was a fan of the lakers and magic. would be a good fit for either team.

This kid is such an interesting prospect.

He's got that rare first-step that separates superstars from great players. He's not your standard Gerald Green/Sonny Weems/Terrance Ross athlete either. He's got that craftiness that is indicative of a player with potential for very high BBIQ.

To have that at his age, I see his ceiling at a Penny/Kobe Hybrid and his floor at an Eddie Jones level.

If I'm picking #2 it's a toss up between him and Parker at the moment. I'd definitely pick him before Wiggins.

With MCW success, I have no idea why he isn't higher than Julius randle. This seems to be a damian lillard like nonsense where he doesn't have the Division 1 experience.

I'm pretty sure he IS higher than Randle. Randle has a position that no team really needs and if a team DOES need a power forward, they need someone who also has interior defense. Randle has yet to prove he can guard the rim.

He reminds me of Johnny Dawkins when he dominated college ball at Duke.

Watching that lead to me to Wiggins' Hoop Summit video and then Dennis Schroder and wow! I'd forgotten how good he looked, burns Exum 3 times (-0:37, -0:49, and -1:41)

Love the look of Exum, but if anything Schroeder's Hoop Summit video impressed me more
