Can Kobe Paras be the first Filipino play in the NBA? I mean he is going to UCLA next year. He is listed at 6'6 which ideal for a modern NBA SG. Kid looks very mature and has won the 3x3 fiba dunk contest as well

Rooting for the kid. However, he strikes me as a player who will probably stay in college for 4 years and have a shot to get drafted in the 2nd round. He needs to become a better ball handler/playmaker, better free throw shooter, and improve his lateral quickness. I will watch UCLA games next year because of him though.

Do his hands seem randomly small for his size? Can he handle the rock at all against better competition without getting pick-pocketed non-stop?

Jordan Clarkson is American with a Filipino ethnicity. There's a difference.

By the way, this kid won't make it to the NBA.
