What will be his position in the NBA? 3 or 4?

Does he really have 7'6 wingspan? This guy's draft stock could get pretty hot

From what I've heard, about 6'8" w/ a 7'2" -7/3" wingspan

About the same size as Kawhi? He'd be in the lotto if he comes out.

We got bounced out of the Sweet Sixteen once again, maybe he stays another year to lead us over the hump but I see him declaring, with Farell and Bryant(most likely) leaving. Didn't get consistent minutes as a freshman and his stock is hotter than ever in a weak class. Still offensively raw, needs to quicken his gather and release to get off contested shots and cut down turnovers/improve at the line. But he is capable of knocking down open threes and has a soft touch around the rim

He maybe should go in the draft if he is all but guaranteed for first round, finacially that's a good move. I think it would be best for him and his career to go back next year however. Love his game as a stopper, especially if he can get the 3 ball consistent.

I've only seen him once for a few minutes, how would you compare and contrast him with Nigel Hayes for example?

I mean, he is longer, a better athlete and looks like a more promising shooter, I like Hayes but I feel like he lacks some burst and needs to touch the ball to be effective.

OG is from 1997, that helps too, he is still 18.

Great thanks. Yeah obviously the current age difference, just seemed some statistical similarities in the freshman seasons they both had and wasn't sure how they compared.

Both guys had strong steal/block rates, modest rebound numbers, and shooting numbers that seemed tantalizing but could be mirages.

Anunoby's steal and block rates are really off the charts though, and if that really is his wingspan that is freakish for his height as well. Low FT% though, wonder if his three point shooting is for real.

Intriguing guy though. Anunoby more of a true three positionally or no?

I think his value the way the game trends is at the PF for sure, but in my mind if you can play both positions well defensively you are always going to be better for your team at the one were you have the biggest speed differential with your rivals, so, pretty clear.

I am not sure about Bryant honestly, he is soft and average as an athlete, he is skilled and has length, but I am not buying.
With bigs unless they are the real deal I am quite sceptic.

I can see your point but toolsy guys especially with great developer coaches have a shot to develop very fast.

Thomas Bryant is returning and I don't think he'd return unless he actually thought he had the chance to get far in the tournament again. With Yogi Ferrell on his way out, I'd think his assurances lie in Anunoby. And it's possible Anunoby raises his stock enough to be a top 10 pick next season (because of his length)-- even in a super deep draft. He also only recently started to get interest as a first round talent. I'd LIKE him to come over this season, but I think it's unlikely. I also wouldnt be surprised if he think he needs more development.
