This kid's athleticism is nearing HS Lebron, it's amazing that this kid is that athletic being that big. How do you guys project his game into the pros?

I can honestly say that I haven't seen him do anything other than dunk, but it is certainly strange seeing a high school dunker having that thick of a body. Usually they are fairly lean like Wiggins or Josh Jackson.
I think quite a bit of his development will depend on whether he grows any further.

This competition is really bad. It worries me about a guy that big. It looks like he's playing guard or wing most of the time but he's always the tallest guy on the court. is he just bullying these kids? He doesn't have elite speed at all, but can jump and is super strong. But he doesn't have the speed to get to the rim in the NBA imo Lots of backdoor dunks and ally oops but he isn't breaking you down and dunking like lebron. Fast break dunks only
That windmill ally was nasty though. Again though, everyone on the other team looked below 6 feet.

This kid needs to grow. No way will he be successful at 6'7, because as he gets older, he's going to gain weight, which would make him an Anthony Mason prototype. Hopefully, he adds another 4-5 inches, so he could really be a beast as a PF/C.

I brought him up over the summer. Absolutely dominant in the circuit and at the the camps but it's hard to project him given his obvious physical advantages at this stage of development. I see the Green comps but his feel isn't there just yet.

For those who havent seen him, this is what he did Tuesday night. The dude is just a human highlight reel, the explosion and speed for a guy his size is crazy.

I hadn't seen a high school player that athletic since LeBron. It is unfair to be that fast being that thick.

He's also young for his class. LeBron wasn't even this athletic at 16. smh

Greens a NBA veteran kinda unfair to say Zion doesn't have his feel yet.of course he doesn't.
At the same age Zion is way ahead of where Green was who was a 3 star I think

I just posted a video where he put up 50+ on a team with two 5 star players on it and he was guarded by one the entire game. Also don't get the speed comment either. One of the things scouts are praising about him is not just the explosion but the speed, he is extremely quick and has great top end speed for a guy his size.
And if you are still worried about the competition level, he dominated the elite 24, not just the game (which doesn't mean anything) but the practices. He was the youngest guy there and just dominated the practices and the practices of these big events are great measurements. He also dominated the Adidas Nations that had legit talent as well. He really shows his knowledge of the game when the competition level goes up. Never takes a bad shot.

I saw Draymond live as a prep. He always had great feel and definitely ahead of Zion at the same stage in that respect.

After watching a few of his other highlights.. He plays alot like another thick-bodied guard from years back.. Jamont Gordan. Gordan was quite athletic in h.s. and Miss St. Not to quite this level.. but similarities outside of pure vert in their bodies, handles etc. Zion height-wise really doesnt look over 6'5 to me though

I can't be so old that people literally think this guy even comes close to comparing to LeBron as a prospect athletically.

2:55 when he drove to the basket from half court, speed and finishing is insane

He is though, Lebron was still more athletic at same age but it is pretty close.
