The reason Zhaire Smith is going higher and higher is because he’s hitting his jumpers in workouts.

Smith could sneak into the top 10. It's possible. It also possible that he's in the early 20's.

I can’t see him top 10. He still has a slow shot and has a lot to develop. I’m thinking he’s sneaking into the lottery.

Mitchell's so good, he rubs off on other players. Seriously though, it was because Simons was recruited by Louisville. Mitchell likes the kid and thinks he'll be good.

Yeah, that’s when they connected, but ever since they’ve gotten really close.

I’m going to call it right now, Trae Young is going to the Knicks. I know they’re looking for tough players, but they’re also trying to pick the best player available. They still don’t have a starting point guard for their future and Young would be great for Fizdale to grow with. With Porzingis missing most of next year anyway it’s pretty much a tanking year. If they need a forward they can get one with their lottery pick next year. Young is too good to fall out of the top 10. And he wants to play for the Knicks. If he does go to the Knicks I’m still afraid Fiz is going to let him play Oklahoma basketball, but if Kanter returns he can at least get some of Young’s offensive boards.

On a side note, Troy Brown also working out well. He’s showing he’s a better shooter than he was able to show in college.

ORL will draft Young before the Knicks even get the chance.

History of Bucks GM says otherwise. He likes long, athletic safe type players. He wants guys that can also defend. I think the Magic are better off looking for a guy in free agency or through a trade for a starting point guard, especially if they’re trying to make the playoffs. They have too many guys in their prime to not try to make the playoffs.

1. Short of adding LeBron there isn't a player in the league that is taking them to the Playoffs next year
2. You're talking like the players "in their prime" are meaningful players that a franchise would be concerned about that lol

The far more important players are Gordon and Isaac (possibly MH). No one cares about the rest of the roleplaying roster lol

Not to mention they already have length at their forward positions (Gordon at SF, Isaac at PF) and C (Biyombo). I'm willing to bet you they're far more concerned with getting a "star" talent particularily when they just traded PAYTON away for nothing leaving point guard conveniently as their most glaring need.

It's arguable ORL doesn't even have a back up quality PG nevermind starter...Trae Young is going to Disneyland.

He had me until the last line. Plenty of bench players are content as a millionaire with 2 pts/1 rbd on a winning team.
Reads funny, but I get the sacrificial attitude.

to me Blazers make the most sense, given our need for SF, Lakers have Ingram, so I dont know...
