He might just make a team really happy in the 2nd round. I don't think he will ever make it as a PG, but as a 3&D wing, he looks good to me.
The physical profile is excellent: 6'7" tall, 7'2" wingspan, big hands and he is definitely an NBA athlete. He likes to defend, and is good at it, able to match up 1-3. If he puts some more muscle/weight on, he can probably handle most 4's.
Offensively, he is shooting 41 % from 3 this year... He's got enough ball skills and passing that he's playing PG for Cholet (French Pro A), which means he has some potential as a secondary creator. His 2FG and 3FG% have gone up every year in Pro A, which says to me that he is still learning to shoot...
I'd be happy to pick him up with the Spurs 2nd round pick.

Re: Abdoulaye N'Doye
It's a good call, the issue is that even if he shoots 3s, is likely limited corner ones and not much versatility (where you really get value) and the dude has terrible offensive numbers otherwise, I like the tools (6-7.5, 7-2 wingspan, 198lbs, solid frame) and has the size to play the 3, def can defend (esp Guards), but I have my doubts with his ball skills been good enough, he plays next to another PG and his offensive numbers are really atrocious
Again, he could be what Ntilikina has been, and might have a similar ceiling (even if Frank showed a bit more promise) so I do think he is draftable late

Re: Abdoulaye N'Doye
He's automatically in this. year. He's still got the physical profile. His FG% (attempts/36 up), FT% (attemps/36 have almost trippled), 3FG% (attempts/36 down this year) all continue to rise every year. His minutes played is up. Assits/36 are up, and his A/TO continues to improve... (so is rbds/36). I doubt he's forgotten how to play D (his steals are down by .4/36, which could be natural variance, but his fouls are down from 4.5/36 to 3.2/36... ). Someone should draft him this year, and he might have a shot at late in the first...
