Is he going to get drafted? Or is he too small? He kinda reminds me of a poor mans Lillard...thoughts?

I’ve been a fan all year, I think he can make a roster. Needs some developing, but his speed is for real. If Yogi Ferrell and Frank Mason can make the league, he can.

Pick 55-undrafted seems late for the crafty guard. I'd look at him late 40s

Those two are MUCH better shooters and in Mason's case.. much smarter.. Harper lacks intangibles and doesnt really make anyone better.. hes just really fast with passable passing ability

Which is why I’m saying he’s a project. I can see him getting a two-way after getting drafted somewhere between 50-60. There are probably other guards more worth the gamble like Cassius Winston in that range, but I can see it happening.
