I wish they still did lifting in the combine, because a big issue with him is his body type for his age. At best I could see him as a back up. He’s worth a 2nd round pick just because of how he tested. Personally I like Andrew Nembhard better.

Hes looked much better in the combine than he has all year.

I have a feeling he’s going to make a major rise and be a first round pick. Teams need shooters, especially with his size.

This thread is crazy how all over the place everyone is on players. Players not projected as high are impressing and players higher up are not impressing.

[Charania] Projected high lottery pick Coby White of UNC has left the NBA Draft Combine, interviewing for some teams before departing, sources tell @TheAthleticNBA @Stadium.

Darius Bazley is going to be good. I wouldn’t mind taking him top 20. He hasn’t played basketball in a year and the last time was against high school players. I’m super impressed and think in a year he’ll be better than any of these combine players.

From how i remember Kyle at the combine, i think so. Now I didn't watch much of him at Nebraska like Kyle at Utah, he looks translatable out here.

They’re very different. Roby is more athletic, he’s a better defender, has a worse handle, he’s a terrible post player. Kuzma was more skilled offensively and a worse defender. In terms of size, Kuzma is bigger. Kuzma also made 7 threes in a row at the combine.

He's big, he's long, he's twitchy, he's got a tight dribble and a high shot release that looks promising. He's got better balance and a lower center of gravity than Louis King that helps him cut, drive and spin. He had two good reaction blocks in his scrimmage today, one of them was when he stayed with Jordan Bone on a semi-break and blocked him at the rim. He's a two-way player.

I think Bazley will go in the first round, and I'm hoping the Jazz consider him at #23.

Yeah I don't think he goes home for a top 12 promise. Probably better than that.

In a couple years teams will be drafting guys like Little right out of HS in the top 5 with no idea they are terrible at basketball. He was totally exposed last season.

White is a lottery pick for sure, I also wouldn't be shocked if he went 6th even with Garland on the board as a better fit next to Booker. But imo Wolves are his floor at 11

That was pretty much the common belief and he even admitted as much he struggled all season trying to learn on the fly not being able to play to his strengths at UNC. I think orgs mid to late lottery have realized the potential is much closer to be achieved than what he "looked like" in college given his shooting ability although not elite is much more efficient than sub 25% from 3 as a last option on a roster loaded with high caliber shooters, esp Cameron Johnson who Little was stuck behind.
I think if he falls to where naysayers like yourself are suggesting he should post lottery the team who gets him will look like theives in a couple years.
