Its Ball with a tie between Hayes and Haliburton for second place. All three of them could end up having great early careers depending on where they get drafted.

He is a sure fire bust, i wouldn't waste a 2nd round pick on him, but Lamelo Ball is the best passing PG in the draft. He is also the worst shooter in the whole draft with an extremely low IQ. On film he is also the worst defender of all the prospects and gives no heart and hustle. But with that said, his passing is sharp and crisp and he has a knack for putting the ball to where the defender can't get it and only his teammate can.

I dont like melos 1 way game and yes the shot mechanics are weird and probably wont be successful overhauled but he is absolutely a high iq player and that is the root of his passing skills.
Hes also a high level ball handler and projects to be a decent rebounder and finisher.
Even if he never gets the ugly aspect cleaned up or never gives some effort defensively he will be in the league for a long time

A question, where does Leandro Bolmary fit in this discussion? He's very good at passing/vision.
From the Ringer : "He can make every pass in the book using either hand. He sees passing lanes that few others can, and makes the reads so quickly that it’s as if he’s two steps ahead." He's really very good; if he had a working jumper, he'd easily be a top 10 pick...
