Givony has:

1. Cade
2.Mobley
3.Green
4.Suggs
5.Kuminga

To the poster doubting Kumingas defense for whatever reason. He has Kuminga projected as a two-way Forward similar to everyone else. Also says "- Has excellent defensive potential when engaged. Strong enough to defend big men but has quick-enough feet to stay in front of guards." You might want to rethink your hot take on him.

Goodness, they have Kispert at 11 now. Was hoping he would be a definite fall back for the Grizzlies.

Judging from the last two drafts, he'll drop some due to his older age and Memphis will find a way to scoop him up.

i dunno, Cam Johnson went 11th in 19 and he was even older.

This is a good list, recognizing Kai Jones, Marcus Bagley and Franz Wagner as first rounders. A bit low on Jared Butler though. Also low on Scottie Lewis, imo.

Shooters with some size and mobility are at a premium in today's league.

I have him mid 1st-round, more likely 20s. I think he'd be a decent pickup for the Jazz. I want to see what he can do handling the ball more though. That's where he'd add more upside. I'm not sure why Roko Prkacin would be considered a better prospect right now, tbh.

One guy who might have sleeper lottery potential is Kai Jones at Texas.

i have Franz higher than Roko right now but the intrigue behind Roko is he has some secondary playmaking ability kinda like Deni, except Roko is a full year younger than Deni at same stage

Franz is a better shooter than both, don't see the comp between Franz and Roko tho at this point.

I would say Franz is what people thought Jalen Johnson would be at Duke and he is about the same age as Jalen Johnson.

Yeah he should be right there after that top 5. It should be pretty straightforward as he's a 6'9 freshman-aged wing who's the best all-around player on a top 5 team.

Jalen Johnson should still be a top10 pick easy, despite the rough year overall for that Duke team...K is not interested in coaching at this point in his career or putting any of his top recruits in a position to win

Aside from Shannon Jr, I really like McCullar Jr out of Texas Tech although it seems unlikely that he declares this year. Not sure if Mac McClung is an NBA player and just as I was about to post this he hits a game winner against Texas.

Not thread worthy yet, but look out for Mustapha Amzil at Dayton.
I was right about 3 point shooting. I expect to be right about Tacko Fall. Some coach will figure out how to use Tacko Fall. This movement towards undersized centers will sweep ng back. Back to the basket scorers will return to the NBA.

Is it unanimous that Cade has the highest floor? And who has the highest ceiling in this class?

As far as it concerns 18/19 year old players, I’d assume most people weigh ceiling more than floor to the point that if they have Cade as the #1 pick, they think he has the highest upside as well.

I could concoct scenarios where Barnes with an comparable outside shot to Cade or Mobley with the ability to bulk up to 250 and not lose quickness would be better players, but those are pretty out there. I think people who considered Edwards a higher upside choice than Ball could make a similar argument for Kuminga over Cade where the defense and scoring make up for less playmaking.
