Haliburton would be seen as the best passer to come out of college basketball in quite a while if he had played with teammates who were at least somewhat competent at finishing the looks he created. When you’re talking about elite-level skills that will most likely translate to the NBA, Haliburton’s passing is up there with anything anyone from this class (even the ones who were already drafted) brings to the table. There’s not going to be 5 all-star players from this draft and Haliburton will be a super role player with his basketball IQ, spot shooting, and underrated athleticism.

Okongwu is my #1 guy, and Haliburton would be notably higher than #6 on my board, next in line.
