For me it is 2020 by a small margin because of the potential star power that 2019 is lacking. 2019 does however have a bunch of guys that already look like solid starter/rotational guys. Jury is still out on Hayes and Bol is a wildcard (don't see much potential there to be honest). In 2020 I am high on Wiseman and Okongwu while I think that Carey, Smith, Oturu all have potential to become solid.

2020 because the best guy you listed for 2019(Clarke) isnt a C.

Way too early to tell but from the looks of it, 2020 is winning.

Bol Bol could be a stud.
So could Kabengele.
No telling what Hayes can be.
Goga and Reid have been productive.

...

As far as 2020,

I think Okongwu should be close to being as impactful as Clarke from the jump.

You don’t have Achiuwa listed, but he’s a 5 and I think he could be really special in a few years.

Wiseman looks like he’s a special prospect as well.

Azubuike could be a big C killer (Embiid, Boban, etc.)

Richards looks like he’s going to be a nice rim protector and could honestly end up better than any 5 in last year’s draft.

Oturu has an outside shot of being a starting 5.
