The shifted schedule means that international guys like Bolmaro, Eboua and Pokusevski can participate. So they won't be flying under the radar.

Sometimes teams don't vote for the best guys to do the Combine because they want the players to stay off other teams' radar.

A lot of 4 year guys tend to not make the team because teams have usually seen enough of them. The combine is usually for players teams have questions about.

there are some that are not off the radar though of anyone and were ommitted so maybe that is the hope there for late 1st teams...but Hinton for example has late lottery level pick value if you compare him to others in similar category so if those teams also ommitted him as well is telling . Its not like there is anyway he falls past 40 range but might slide to near there now that he cant back up his season with proven medicals anthro and athletic testing if in fact all 30 teams scouting dept. are sleeping on him.
I guess the most interested orgs will have already done their research , and as a result him and others left off like Queen will maybe get a better fitting job but I would be pissed I couldnt show my chops and that I belong and consider it another chip on the shoulder to become a huge steal.

What is this based on?

There are seniors on this list.

The chances are pretty low to get drafted if they aren’t on this list, but one or two might sneak in. There are a lot of seniors in general, but I meant older players generally. Every year there are guys who don’t go to the combine who get two-way deals or back-end deals. Based on history.
