I vote Jones and Reed. A 3&D PG and a defensive minded big.

Reed all the way.
Don't understand why we are drafting J. Smith at #14 with Maxey, Precious, Hampton still on board.

Given that Boston took a big at #14, I could see them take Riller as a bench scorer or Bolmaro as a versatile wing to ultimately replace Hayward.
Reed is a good pick, but there's some redundancy with Jalen Smith and Grant Williams.
A good pick for Boston would be Malachi Flynn.

Unless some intl like poku bolmaro etc slides they will look at big combo guards imo esp if they stayed at 14 and took a big , but using this bb there is zero chance they dont take Oturu there
I dont care if they took Wiseman or Okongwu in a trade up early.
I think in general this might be the least accurate mock assembly by rgmers in years.
Maybe people are voting so their guy falls or something lol.
Oturu is a top 10 prospect at this point in the process. If he slides past 14 hes got a undisclosed medical issue

NO NO NO!! Boston may lose Hayward but even keeping him this is a WING 1st league. Boston went with a BIG on top of that. I Love Woodard for Boston. Same game as T Bey but stronger.. His jump-shot looks as good or better than some of the top wings in this draft (Vassell, P Williams, Okoro) I consider him a steal for Boston.. At least add him to the vote choices..

Woodard would def be over picked if given a 1st round grade at this point. He did improve his outside % a lot but I think its fools gold looking at his ft %. He needs time with the gator baits to put it all together and despite having nice baseline skills lacks a dribble drive iso game that he needs to be anything more than a catch and shoot end of rotation defender or move to playing the small ball 4

I think what you described is possible and maybe his floor. But I see more ceiling probability than floor. And that is a solid 3-D defender who you can put on anyone almost and doesn't demand the ball. Boston has too many all needy players already.
I want the best team defensive switch-ability first and foremost.

definitely a high level defender is a possible outcome given his fire and intensity on the court , and who knows maybe the other options are meh for them and it does happen, but imo being already 21 and was desperately needing to improve his handles and passing to be worthy of a guaranteed deal at this point except this is a weak draft so who knows

I voted for Oturo, he is a bigger guy a true center, Smith is a lighter 4/5 they kind of hae similer games but smith is supposedly more switchable. Oturo has more size and we don't have any true centers on the roster. He can shoot the ball and be a pick and pop player and block shots. I pick a Wing or PG with 30.

I voted for Jahmi'us Ramsey and Paul Reed. I like Ramsey more than most. He is either going to be a very good player or someone like Dion Waiters. Paul Reed is just a good basketball player and a really good fit for the Celtics.

Tre Jones is more first choice for them. Paul Reed is my 2nd choice. Celtics need to be able to rest/sit Kemba to have him healthy for the playoffs.

I went with Riller. It's an outside chance, but I could see him being one of the better rim finishers in the league and put up some gaudy scoring numbers. The more likely outcome is something like Jordan Clarkson.

If Maledon was available at #26 (not happening) you take him and run.

So looks like Paul Reed (who I like) is winning the vote. But what the hell is Boston doing drafting 2 players who play exactly the same position. No wings added either??
