As reliable as Jrue Holiday is, I think Suggs has a much higher upside. We are seeing him fit in at Gonzaga in a system offense. In the NBA, he will have more iso opportunities and spacing will be a lot better. I am not sure I agree with the comp either in the sense of role (as Holiday is widely known for his defensive tenacity). He is assuming Gonzaga Suggs is going to be NBA Suggs, which isn't the case.

They both play defense haha. They both pick their spots offensively. That's about it. They look nothing alike on the court.

I feel like Joel Ayayi can be like Delon Wright in the league

A lot of similarities - though Brogdon is longer while Suggs is a better athlete.

Suggs is underrated, he could be a dynamite scorer in the league and people aren't noticing it

He reminds me of Cassell/Billups

neither of these guys were really dynamite scorers in the league, Brogdon's just a better comp to me.

That was so impressive - He's got the mindset of a superstar QB. While I still think Cunningham will be the 1st pick, I rate Suggs #1.

Suggs to me is the closest thing we have gotten to Brandon Roy 2.0. Size, athleticism, can score when you need him to score, but can also slow things down and run your offense when you need him to do that as well.

He reminds me of Kidd, although comparing to either is such a fool's errand probably.

I think the prospects on this team are first rounders but probably overvalued some due to the winning.

Suggs is not overvalued, he's a legit top 4 guy at the worst, I have some concerns in terms of how he uses his body and how durable he can be long term, but other than that he's pretty close to as perfect of a combo guard prospect as you can get, and outside an elite 2 way wing that's probably the #1 archetype in today's NBA imo.

the rest like Kispert and Ayayi might be overvalued a bit I guess because that team is ridiculous, but still 1st round guys as well.

Yeah he probably is a top 10 player imo not top 4 He might prove to be a higher value prospect long term would not surprise me, but his life has been fairly easy compared to some others on lesser rosters and I think he is slightly overvalued as a result and will probably continue to be right on through the process. I actually like Kispert better as a pro

:banghead: Bro, come on. If you like Kispert more than Suggs, you should just take up another hobby.

Suggs is more explosive thats about it so it might make the difference in who has the batter career I guess given the struggles of non athletic types but Kispert isnt that bad athletically at all either. But he is older so I guess you can argue that as far as upside not being as good etc. I have plenty of hobbies this is just one of them... but I would not put it past Kispert to have the better career even if he goes 25th and Suggs goes 4th just based on what I have seen so far

I'm not comping them as prospect or even skill sets, but just speaking to how they use their bodies, there's some shades of Iverson I think.

Suggs reminds me of ja morant and Westbrook with the full throttle attack the basket. Moreso a ja morant lite with not as much hops as ja will try to posterize whereas Suggs will overpower you with a layup
