I have been raving about him on the draft threads on the Knicks board.. haven't seen anyone talk about him here so here it is. Meet David Duke (his name sucks for obvious reasons) .. 6'5 combo guard that can score on all 3 levels, lock down on defense, and can playmake. Pretty athletic too. Hoping my Knicks get him if we miss out on Cade/Green/Suggs/Kuminga.

The highest I could argue for him right now is like a mid-second. He's a good shooter, not gonna create much. Doesn't project to be a standout on defense either. He's a fringy guy to me.

Imo he seems like a great creator. Can hit shots off the dribble, crafty at the rim and even has a mid post fadeaway in his arsenal. I like his upside a lot

I need to watch me some Duke, cause I'm not that high on many of the guards in this class yet.

After Cade & Suggs, my next favorite prospect who might be a lead guard at the next level is probably between Jared Butler (if I was looking for a more polished guy) or Keon Johnson (if I wanted more of a longterm project type). And I'm not sure Keon Johnson actually has the playmaking to become a lead guard or if I'm projecting too much onto him because he kinda reminds me of UCLA-Russ.

I've like Johnson's playmaking a lot more when I've caught Tennessee

Springer is a lot stronger & more physically developed, but I've been very unimpressed with his vision.
