should be a top20 guy, currently #16 on my board. shoots well across the board, but biggest + is that he's developed into a legitimate secondary playmaker with NBA-level BBIQ on that side of the ball the way he orchestrates half court sets for LSU. needs to be talked about way more IMO.

I agree, he has good size and does too many things well to not be a first rounder. He'll get drafted by a team like the Pacers or the Jazz and have a long career.

Watford has some similarities with Kyle Anderson at UCLA, but with a bit more of a scorer's mentality rather than a lead-guard/playmaker mentality. He needs to find the right fit for his skillset, but he's at least a rotational player. His ceiling may be more limited by his defense than his offense.

A team with a system that wants him to move the ball and hit open 3s would make some sense. The Spurs come to mind as the team that drafted Kyle Anderson and picked up Trey Lyles. He's probably going to play at the 4.

Always been a prospect I loved in HS. Finally putting it together consistently. 1st rounder for sure.

Exactly! Can someone explain why he's not higher up on these mocks? Is it just the lack of elite athleticism? The guy has very good size 6'9 plus length (7'2 wingspan), and is one of the best wings off the bounce I've seen in the NCAA. Now that he's hitting threes he should absolutely be a late first rounder. How is his defense?

Looks like he literally cannot guard anybody and is also bad on help defense. I was thinking of moving him up my big board, but his defense scares me.

Has good size and only 20 years old, good passer, a beast at driving to rim and finishing inside through contact - but the lack of defense and below average shooting (from 3 and from FT line) will likely push him into 2nd round. How late in the 2nd round is the question..

My Celtics pick at 45...offensively I'd love to add this guy to our team but not sure if he'd see the floor with the way he plays D..

Or perhaps he's not that bad on D, it's just the video picks a few plays where he gets burned?
