If Green and Kuminga look exactly like what those of us that know their potential to be, who if any of Suggs, Cade, and Mobley get leapfrogged?

I feel like Cade and Mobley are probably safe at the top 2. With Green, Suggs and Kuminga rounding out the top 5 being picked by team need.
I love this draft at the top cause they all have so much potential and I would still have a hard time at the moment picking between Cade and Mobley with #1 pick and we still have Green who could possibly enter that convo.

I have a feeling Green is going to show enough flashes of super-super-stardom that he will be in the mix for the number 1 overall spot.
Not out of the question for Kuminga to do the same and at least be in the convo with Suggs/Mobley for a team that might already have a PG and/or C.

I'm looking for evidence that Isaiah Todd is an NBA rotational player. He has interesting tools.

I like IT. I think he's definitely a depends on where he lands guy though. The skillset is there. The size is there. What will he be asked/allowed to do will be key to how well he performs next level IMO

I'm assuming he'll be a backup 4. He'll need to rebound, defend, be a secondary rim protector, and score enough to get on the floor.

Can't wait to get my first look at these kids this season.

The team is going to get its ass kicked, right?
Seems like they rounded out the roster with a few more established guys, but I've got to think they'll get smoked by most of these teams.

of course it would be based on need. cade is guaranteed 1 and a team like the Bulls will get Suggs anyday over mobley.
but those g league guys could easily be top 3 if they prove more than low quality d1 college guys.

I think Kuminga will be the only really Challenge to Cade come draft time. I had Kuminga abicle Cade entering the season.
Green I think will be a top 5 lock. Probably 3 or 4 for me come draft time.
Nix maybe lotto and Toad seems to have fallen out of the 1st.

I could see either Green and/or Kuminga jumping into the top 2. Long way to go until draft time. I don’t think Cade has run away and his from the top guys no matter how many times it gets parroted.

I don't know, they have some solid vets so I expect them to be competitive depending on how much they play the less notable prospects (outside Green/Kuminga, I don't think any of them contribute to winning, with possible exception to Nix). That doesn't mean the rest are bad prospects, they just might not be quite to the level of play they are going to face. All of the competition is superior to what they'd face in college, I'm looking forward to it.

I would have Kuminga top 2. Here's a game of his from summer '19 where he was looking like the top prospect in '20 and '21 combined.

Kuminga is playing like a guy who has his sights set on #1 overall. Hopefully Jalen finds his footing in the second half.

100% disagree. Feel like they put NBA vets who still could play in the league alongside these guys. Jarrett Jack is a top G League option, Amir Johnson is very good, and Bobby Brown is a walking bucket (just ask anyone at Rico's open runs).

Yeah their vets played great. I doubt Jack is going to shoot that well regularly though.
And at least today only Kuminga, Green, and Nix got major minutes as the young guns. Kuminga and Nix were both positive players in their minutes.

Kuminga looks like he would not be out of place in the NBA right now. I will have to keep watching to see how the other guys are developing, but he really had a nice debut. He displayed excellent vision, his mechanics look good on his shot, he breaks guys down off the dribble, and he made the defensive play of the game to seal it.

Kuminga is pretty freaky, i don't think as freaky as Green but he's clearly a ++ physical profile guy as a wing on the NBA, the strength and balance are also there to be able to contribute almost immediately in the NBA
i don't think he can top into my top 4 just because of how strong the top 4 are, but he's in the next leg for sure with Johnson with Moody for me.
