I'd say Kuminga at this point if the health stuff is good with him (he's had some minor knee injuries each of the last couple years). You could say that the top 5 all have star upside, but when you look at the very top of the league in terms of all-around impact you have to be an absolutely phenomenal three-point shooter to do it at Suggs's or Green's size.
