In terms of career win shares I think this class will end up towards the top all time

Usually the Rookie 1 team has someone bleh on it (Tate, Nunn, Paschal, etc)

Someone as productive as Duarte probably doesn’t make it - crazy

Seems crazy a rookie as productive as

I know I'm a Raptors fan and I am definitely biased but can somebody explain to me why Mobley is favored over Barnes in the ROY race? I watch Evan, he's amazing. But so is Scottie. Stats, efficiency, win shares, are more or less even. Team records are currently even. Mobley won the h2h matchups 2-1. Both teams have dealt with tons of injuries. Mobley blocks alot of shots and is already an elite shotblocker and help defender for the Cavs but Scottie guards multiple positions every game Embiid and Harden in Philly, Westbrook and James in LA, Garland and Mobley in Cleveland.

If theres ever been a year for a Co-Rookie of the Year its now. Am I the only one who can see its dead even? They even missed the exact same amount of games.

It should be shared. I’ve never seen a close race their numbers / record etc is so damn close across the board despite having wildly different play styles and personalities

Which rookies either due to role, development curve, or lack of minutes do you expect to explode in the next couple of years?

I'll go BJ Boston, Jalen Johnson, Josh Primo, Josh Christopher, and Jalen Suggs.

I would put Bones Hyland on the second team over Ayo. Once he started getting minutes he impressed and was an important part of Denver making the playoffs.

Barnes and Mobley should share ROY.

Both are franchise changing winners.

had them pretty much neck and neck coming out, Barnes was 7th, Minga was 8th, it'll be interesting to watch it's tough to answer that at this point, might come down of type of player you like

i know i didnt answer that

Barnes due to IQ and handle.

As a Bulls fan that’d be incredible. You must have seen that 30 piece.

I think Barnes will be the best due to IQ, Motor, and that Winner Personality. PW us is too passive. Minga doesn’t have the IQ.
