This one is probably the closest to my board. But you're really low on Whitmore and really high on Cleveland and Starling. Any reasons for where you have those 3 guys?

- leaving guys like DWH and Thompson twins unranked for now until I have more info.

- 15-20 is very fluid for me, a lot of guys can go in this range (like DWH/Twins, Clowney, Holmes, Jett etc.) but these are the guys are probably most comfortable with at this point, but could easily change in a few weeks.

This one is probably the closest to my board. But you're really low on Whitmore and really high on Cleveland and Starling. Any reasons for where you have those 3 guys?

Whitmore to me looks like a guy who's offense will come down to 3pt makes and some put backs/cuts around the basket. I don't see him doing anything else offensively. He isn't a playmaker, he isn't going to be driving by guys and attacking the basket with the ball. He isn't going to be taking mid range shots.

There aren't any stars that I can think of that look like him/play like him.

I think how valuable he is basically comes down to whom/how well he can defend and what percentage he can hit an open shot from behind that arc at.

I think he is overrated probably in both of those areas. If you told me he is just a rotation guy in a few years I wouldn't be surprised.

Cleveland just needs to develop his shot, I like his game, I think he can do a bit of everything and fits into any team. I am betting on his shot becoming a bit better than passable and I think that justifies a spot in a rotation for him, maybe even a starter if he improves outside of the shot.

Starling I am betting on upside, I have seen him make some moves that are really high level and remind me of Donovan Mitchell. He is not by any means ready, has a lot to work on but he is young, and has the tools in my eyes to be better than many of the players I have ahead of him, it just comes down to how he develops. You can't teach some things he has, it's just talent. At 20 I am prepared to take a swing with him even if it misses.

i don't disagree with any of that. but he's 18 and has played 15 games in college. so yeah, we can say he isn't this or isn't that until we're blue in the face, but he's SO far from a finished product.

if he never develops in any of those areas, he will be a bust. I don't know, but i expect improvement and a lot of of it from an 18 year old 15 games into his frosh season. he could certainly still bust, as could any of these guys, but his elite size and athleticism isn't a bad starting point for a prospect.

4 Amen Thompson

6 Ausar Thompson
7 Keyonte George
8 Jett Howard

19 Maxwell Lewis
20 Ricky Council

Nick Smith if he had remained healthy for me slots in right before Anthony Black at 10, but he didn’t so I see him falling into the late lottery. The more I see of Maxwell the more I think he is a outside of lottery upside draft pick. I think GG Jackson and Whitehead will still go first round but for a variety of reasons I don’t think they go top 20. Also my sleeper on all of this is Keyonte George I think he has the talent to move up a few spots into the top 5 conversation.

Where's his draft stock right now? He's averaging 8 and 2 on under 40% shooting.
