overall, so off dribb, spot up, off screen, pull up game, middle, 3pt, etc.

Going with Dick, while admitting my watching time on many of the others is in the “highlights only” to “very limited” range.

What makes Coleman Hawkins a candidate here? Or Jaquez Jr. who would have to make up a lot of ground for being a subpar 3pt shooter (I haven't seen too much of UCLA the past couple years). I also don't by Shannon Jr. as a great shooter.

The others I can all see having an argument. I'd say Dick is probably the best pure shooter but Miller has more options to get to his shots off the dribble (which, however, is in large part related to a skill unrelated to shooting). Jordan Hawkins has an argument if we consider off-ball movement. So my answer depends on what we are focusing on (it's difficult to factor in off-the-dribble and pull-up shooting without factoring in the ancillary skills needed to do that).
