Second round gold nuggets

Of the players highly likely to be second round picks, who do you see as a player that will break through and have a long career in the NBA?
I see Hunter Sallis as such a player.

I like a few names in the second round or potential second-rounders. I think most have the potential to stick, but in all likelihood maybe two or three find a spot.

Trey Alexander
Hansen Yang
Kyshawn George
DaRon Holmes
Hunter Sallis
Tyler Kolek
Jalon Tyson

Very Nice, but expecting 5 or 6 od them on first, Kyshawn and Kolek maybe lottery. I follow much mock drafts and most od these youngsters rising

I prefer players with solid positional size and shooting or players that can do other things but shooting is the swing skill. Lipsey is the only small guy here but he's an outlier defensively for a small guard.

Alex Karaban
Coleman Hawkins
Baylor Scheierman
Melvin Ajinca
Juan Nunez
Tamin Lipsey
Dillon Jones

I'd say Johni Broome as an uber productive guy with no glaring weaknesses has a good chance of sticking around. Guys with a BPM as high as his (14.3) tend not to completely fail, like TJD last year. Improving his shot, not super long but had a great block rate in college, more assists than turnovers. Seems like a solid backup big bet in the 2nd round

I could see Jamir going late R1, outside chance on Ajinca as well IMO.

I like Coleman as a middle R2 guy that ends up on a decent team and, if that shooting holds up, can become a decent backup big. Maybe a Lyles type if he bulks a bit.

I was hoping the Raptors would give him a look at 31, but I'm starting to belive he'll be drafted in the 15-25 range.

Pelle Larson is going to be a Christian Braun type of player in the NBA. Good size, can do everything well enough, but nothing great.
