Can anyone tell me why a HS senior is listed on the DX mock? Is he really going to be allowed into the draft?

i dunno but saw hes profile last night he looks huge ,apparently a blocking machine

He is a 5th year post-graduate, and will be 19 in this calendar year, so he is eligible.

We just wrote a big story about him.
