Is this kid a legit NBA prospect? And if not, why not? What's the major difference between he, and say, that creepy looking freshman at Duke, Kyle Singler?

Because i've seen him play up close in high school (with Martin) numerous times, i'm inclined to say he should be the number 1 overall pick.

Did you guys see the way Hummel played against ranked opponents Wisconsin and Michigan State last week? He was by far the most impressive player in both games and shot over 50% from 3-point ark. And played very good defense. It'll be interesting to see how he does tomorrow night on espn vs. Indiana.

Could you describe his game?
The reason Singler is a good prospect is b/c he is 6'9 has good shooting ability and is a solid ball handler for a SF (though doesn't have a great first step) and seems to becoming a good rebounder, . If you can do those things you can probably become a solid NBA SF, even if you may be defensively slow.
Looking at Hummels numbers they compare pretty favorbly with Singler. Does he get his points more off the dribble or more on off ball movement and shooting?
