Whats your opinion on this guy. He is very large at 6-11, 250, and seems to be very strong and intimidating on the floor from what I have seen. Whats you opinion on this guy? Would he fit on a past paced team (i.e. Phoenix, Memphis)

He's got the defensive part the game down he just needs to develop some post moves. I think he can be a solid NBA player even without a good offensive game.

He would be a great fit for the Suns after Shaq retires and they get back to the way they want to play basketball

If the Grizzlies get the first round pick it won't matter, but you are not asking that so I think he would be a great pick for if not all teams in the NBA right now.

Hardin is a good C, better prospect than Anderson I think. Hardin has really good hands, and can score at the basket. He will really give a lift to a team that doesn't need his scoring. If somehow in the draft he goes to a team like Phoenix, its over.

No way is he a better prospect than Anderson. Hardin has the size and strength, but no offensive skill whatsoever. He's gonna be like Erick Dampier in the NBA.

Hardin can score, and has great hands, and scouts love his ability to rebound and defend as well. Anderson is gonna have a hard time playing against bigger guys on the defensive end, and I do not know how well his offensive game translates.

Hardin can score in college, because of his size. As Erick Dampier could score in college, because of his size. Hardin has zero offensive moves at this point and will not be a good offensive player at all. He can rebound and defend though, but you are looking at a role player at best unless he developes an offensive game. Anderson is a big who can shoot from distance, those are in much greater demand than defense only bangers.

How about Hardin vs. Joey Dorsey? Hardin's going to go before Dorsey, because he's a little taller and probably more refined and athletic, and Dorsey is a disaster shooting FT's... but I prefer Dorsey. He's just a beast on defense, and he handled Hibbert earlier this season. And he knows his role. Just get him hooked up with a good shooting coach.

Even with a good shooting coach, Dorsey will never be close to an offensive threat. Hardin has a lot more upside and would be a much better pick for any team if they want immediate help. Dorsey will need a few years to become a capable starter.

I watch Cal play a lot, as a PRO prospect I agree that Hardin seems like he'll be a better pro than Anderson....defensively he has most of the stuff you want from a big man but his offense is still raw. I'd love him on the Warriors.
