Why would Memphis move up for a PG when they have Lowry, Crittenton, and Conley already. Makes no sense. Also, you have Kyle Weaver going twice.

Fixed Weaver going twice.

I have Memphis getting him because he's a hometown guy, he will help sell tickets. Especially if Memphis goes on a big run in the tourny. Also...

McCants/Foye>>>>>>Lowry/Crit/Conley

Minny already has good point guards, Memphis has a handful of mediocre prospects. Dumping two of the Memphis point guards might actually get Brian Cardinal off their hands. But whatever, it's called a gutsy mock draft for a reason.

I was thinking along the lines of their 2nd round pick, or maybe even Lowry.

How about that lakers 1st round pick. I'd throw in one of our 2nd round picks to get that done.

New York would definitely not touch Donte Greene, much more likely to get one of the three guards.

I don't want to sound like I'm purely basing these picks on where these guys went to school but Isiah's safest pick would be the kid from 'Cuse. Remember how loud the Garden erupted when the Knicks picked Mike Sweetney a few years back?

Lester Hudson is alot like Rodney Stuckey, but a better defender without mental toughness Rodney shows, who the Pistons already have as a backup PG, why draft Hudson?

Pistons would be more inclined to draft DeVon Hardin as a backup center behind Sheed the next couple years and play next to Amir Johnson in the future.

^Yep. Hardin>Jawai>Dorsey in that scenario.
Seeing how Tayshaun Prince is the youngest of the Pistons starting 5, SF is the smallest need, draft-wise. Besides, Joe Dumars is leaning towards re-signing Walter Hermann or Jarvis Hayes (if playoff performances warrant) in the off-season.

We have a backup PG (Stuckey), SG (Afflalo), and two PFs (Amir, also capable of playing SF, and Maxiell, who has been thrust into the C role). We'd most likely draft Hardin and package Maxiell further down the line.

McCants and Foye are short SG's. Memphis has 3 true PG's, one of which, Conley, is going to be lightyears better at the point than those Minny guys. Minny trading out of the 2nd pick and Memphis moving in for Rose makes no sense at all. It is both teams actively trying to have a bad draft. Memphis needs a big. Minny needs a true PG (who at 6'4'' can play next to either McCants or Foye).

I'd rather have OJ Mayo than Bayless. Mayo will be a Top 5 pick in this draft if not higher - book it.

I also fail to buy into any Brook Lopez hype.
He reminds me of a rich man's Chris Mihm/Paul Davis/Dan Gadzuric hybrid.
