Short answer: No.
Long answer: The Kings just really don't have anything to offer the Blazers. None of their contracts match up with Portland's 09 cap space plan, so scratch any chance of the Kings take on Miles' contract to get the pick. Then as far as players on the roster go, the Kings simply don't have any players that match up with the Blazers needs....
*At PG, they really only have Udrih, and while he's having a good year, he really isn't someone the Blazers would target. He's not a significant improvement over anything Portland already has at that spot.
*SG is pointless to even consider. Both teams best players are at this spot and neither player is getting traded from either side, so we'll move on.
*With SF, the Kings have Artest and Garcia. Garcia, like Udrih, really isn't an improvement over the current stable of SF's in Portland (Webster, Jones and now occasionally Outlaw). So the Blazers wouldn't give up the pick for him. Then you have Artest. Talentwise, Artest would be an AMAZING fit in Portland. He's everything you could ever want in a player. Arguably the best 2 way player in the NBA. Character wise... Ugh, no thanks. When he's happy, he's a great team player. When he's not happy, he can be a compete cancer to a team. As one of the Kings radio announcer said in an interview on the Blazers pre-game show a few days back, "Ron basically does what he wants, and that's just the guy he is. Once you realize that, it's easier to let some little things go." (Not an
exact quote, but that's the gist of the point he was making.) With the kind of chemistry this Blazer team has created and are continuing to create, they don't need/want someone like that.
*At the 4, the Kings have a lot of high-priced and/or under preforming PF's. And besides, the only real help Portland needs at PF is to get a bruising/change-of-pace bigman to backup Aldridge. It's not a priority and it's something they can certainly get at a much cheaper price than having to give up their pick for.
*Finally, there's the C position, which Portland is obviously doesn't need any help.
