Even in strong drafts like in 03 and 04, theres always an average about 6-10 guys drafted in the 1st round that can't hang on, and usually at least 1 lotto pick as well. Feel free to go with nbadraft.net or draftexpress.com projections.
My guesses (based on nbadraft.net's first round):
Robin Lopez
I don't know about that. If Anderson Varejao can get a giant contract from the Cavs I don't see why Lopez who IMO is a better version of Varejao can't at least stick in the NBA. Robin definitely seems like the more grounded and harder working of the two Lopez brothers and he's already basically doing a role players job at Stanford so it's a lot less likely that he'll have a big transition to make (as a role player) in the NBA.
He's mobile and energetic 7 footer that plays defense. He should have no problem finding a team to sign him after his rookie contract is up.
Darren Collison
I think Collison will be find and be able to find a niche for himself as a backup PG or if in the right situation as a starting PG.
Mario Chalmers
Chalmers is somewhat borderline. He's definitely won't be able to start at PG in the NBA and might even be somewhat questionnable as a backup PG if you're looking for someone to play major minutes and handle a good deal of the traditional PG role but he might be fine as a end of the bench guy because of the energy he plays with and the defensive intensity. He's a scrappy player that seems to hav a pretty good feel for them game. Won't break the bank but should still be able to latch on as a role player.
Ryan Anderson
Kyle Weaver
Earl Clark
Jason Thompson
Tyler Smith
Probably one of the foreigners but I can't comment.
More likely from the bunch you mentioned above.
