You know as well as he's played on thing that IMHO the Magic should consider is seeing what the market for Turkoglu is. Considering his play, he's an extremely friendly contract and a guy coming off his career season. Maybe they can spin him into someone of value that fills that need (a starting caliber SG) especially since you have to consider that there likely won't' be any real ready-to-go starting caliber SG's down at pick 23. Then you go with the BPA with the draft pick. Someone that I mentioned as a possibility for Boston at 30 could be someone for the Magic to consider at 23. That guy is Bill Walker. By most accounts he's recovered from knee surgery and there doesn't appear to be any complications and we are talking about a guy that comes package ready to go for the NBA. He's got the athleticism, he's got the size, he's got the toughness and if not for the surgery I think he'd be seen as a lottery pick. Walker should be able to come in right away and give the Magic a strong and athletic guy off the bench.

The Magic need an NBA ready guard at either position or a 6th man type big man. Here is what my board would look like if I were the Magic.

1. Derrick Rose
2. Michael Beasley
3. Brook Lopez
4. OJ Mayo
5. Jerryd Bayless
6. Eric Gordon
7. JaVale McGee
8. Darrell Arthur
9. Kevin Love
10. DJ Augustin
11. Russell Westbrook
12. Anthony Randolph
13. Chase Buddinger
14. Darren Collison
15. Nicolas Batum
16. Kosta Koufos
17. Danilo Gallinari
18. Robin Lopez
19. Roy Hibbert
20. Brandon Rush

I don't know about trading Hedo for a SG or an earlier pick. He is not doing anything that he shouldn't be able to continue doing, and if need be I think he'd function as a 2 just like Lewis has functioned as a 4. Optimally I'm hoping that the Magic can bring in a good SG with the MLE, pick a PG in the draft, and bring over Fran. That with getting Battie back fills out the rotation nicely. We'd also need to resign some of our own FA as well.
