Thoughts, opinions...

Seen him anywhere from end of the first round to mid-teens.

Seems like he's got a solid frame, but just trying to see what people think about him in the first round.

Fluid athlete but lacks some explosiveness, solid jump shot out to 18 ft, extremely gifted in the ball skills department (handle & passing), seems to be a good kid with his head on right, refined post moves but toughness questions in the post (doesn't always get great position or fight to keep it), some question his level of competition, has steadily improved each and every year despite being the sole focus of other team's defenses his entire career, great motor in general and out in the open court as a runner, a good rebounder but lacks some of the range/area that some of the other more athletic big man possess, and I am glad you mentioned his frame because this often gets overlooked with him (has a tremendous wide and long frame that could develop very nicely, but must work to keep his agility)

I like him in the mid to late teens

It sounds like his ceiling may not be as high since he's a late-bloomer as a Senior, but I think that he would be worth it anywhere after the 20th spot.

He's been in the Top 10 in rebounding blocks about 2+ shots a game averaging 32+ mpg that isn't an offensive liability over the last 2 NCAA seasons. I am guessing the caliber of talent that he plays against isn't that great....but given his size and what was mentioned above...some team is going to draft him for that very reason.

Well.....he was a 20/10 guy last season as a junior. I'm impressed-but thern the game I saw he had 24 boards and was bringing the ball upcourt like a guard.

He hasn't played many "name" opponents but his numbers against the best "majors" he faced were about even with his averages. Unlike many of the hyped freshman types--there's no area where any of his skills/tools/effort is a problem.
CENSORED... No comment.

I agree....I think that he's going to be a solid Big Man rotational Man that can rebound, block some shots and not be an offensive liability. But with all the other Big Man on the board that has more potential ( Jordan, McGee, Randolph ), I can see him as an "under the radar" type player that doesn't get as much hype cuz he doesn't play for a Big Time school or Conference. Some team is going to roll the dice on him in the 20s. He's a low risk, decent reward that has no real off-the-court negatives.

If the Pacers could get a 2nd pick in the 1st round and we drafted some Guard like Westbrook, I would easily draft him over the likes of Thabeet in the 20s.

I'd love for the Kings to get another pick in the 20-30 range and nab him.
