How will the lottery/draft effect coaching changes?

One of the biggest stories over the past month has been the coaching carousel. How will last night's results effect where coaches land, and how might the many changes we've seen already and likely will see soon, effect who teams target?

The biggest connection between coach and draft pick that has been mentioned on these boards has got to be the possibility of Larry Brown and Michael Jordan selecting Kevin Love. Love is a Brown type player. He's smart, versatile, and plays the game the right way. He's also showing a commitment to his body and athleticism as of late.

Is D'Antoni kicking himself for not taking the Chicago job? Or at least waiting until this week to make a decision? Wouldn't Rose be the perfect player for MDA's system? Memphis ran, ran, and ran so more all season long. They seem to get even faster during the NCAA tournament. Rose running Memphis's penetrate and kick offense wouldn't be much different than Rose running 7 Seconds or Less. Phoenix's biggest knock was their lack of defense, which isn't entirely true when comparing points per possession, they just have a faster offense than 95% of the teams in the league. Rose plays good defense, and his size and strength would be a huge upgrade over what Nash brought to the table. Nash wasn't a terrible defender, he just had to use more veteran tactics than physical ability, something Rose has already.

Will Avery Johnson toss his name back in the hat in Chicago?

Does Mark Jackson become the front runner to show Rose how to run a team from the point guard position?

Will Pat Riley return to the sideline faster now that either Beasley or Rose, NBA ready rookies, will be added to the Wade/Marion core?

Will Scott Skiles reach for Russell Westbrook at #8 to fit with his defensive motif?

Will Marc Iavaroni reach for Gallinari and just run? Will that even be considered a reach in 2 years? Will Iavaroni last 2 years? Or does someone like Jordan or Randolph get picked here to hopefuly help with rebounding and be a presence in the paint?

Will Steve Schanwald change his name to Stan after being called that during the introductions that winning the lottery?

Any other related stories/possibilities?
