When the combo of numbers was called Prichard said the first 3 matched Portland. He heard lots of comments like "oh god, as long as its not Portland, Anyone but Portland". As it turned out it missed and went to Chicago.

How good would Portland be this coming year and in the future if they did win the lottery again and drafted Derrick Rose?
