I know he is super athletic. I seen a few KSU game and Bill looks like a Malik Harrison from Oregon.

Walker and Hairston are on the opposite ends of the spectrum when it comes to athletic ability. Well, Hairston isn't a bad athlete but Bill Walker will make lots of people look like stiffs.
I think Bill Walker will end up as one of the best wings from this draft class. I'd rather have him than any wing projected ahead outside of the top 5 or 6 guys and if he lasts til the backend of the 1st round, its a great value pick.

He's going to look great with Chris Paul.

My main concern with him is his poor ball skills for life on the NBA perimeter......he strikes me as a SF and this makes him a less ideal fit for the Hornets imo

Supposidly it usually takes 18 months to fully recover from major knee injuries. If Walker gets a little more explosiveness back from where he was at the end of the season (only ~15 months after his ACL) than he can be a quality starter. Otherwise he'll have to improve ballhandling and the rest of his game to be a solid rotation player.
