Question on DraftExpress article

I didn't want to start an entire thread for this but I didn't see a convenient place to throw it in so...

A few days ago JG had this in an article in the section on Brandon Rush:

It was at UIC actually. I wasn't going to write an entirely new article about that workout, since I also saw Rush at Grover's (he didn't play anything competitive there), but I figured it really doesn't make a difference for the purpose of this write-up.

Shannon Brown, Jaycee Carroll, Rob Kurz and some other guys were also there.

Regarding the rest, it sounds like a typical message board insider. I have no reason to make up watching Mayo and others playing. You can see the photos and video I took from there...That would be ridiculous to try and contrive. This is my last response on this issue.

Thanks for the clarification. I'm always skeptical of "insiders" and his assertion that the story was "made up" struck me as completely absurd.
