3s and drives are things we need to get to faster, either by cutting off passes or driving lanes better.

Our 3s sharp shooter Julian is 0-1 oof. Barnes 1-3. We can't afford two starters not producing anymore. We are 4-14 from 3. Still a half to go, but we have to find points someplace if the 3 is not falling, primarily on D.

Branham should pay attention to the fact that he's not part of the first 10 who get minutes...

Well Blake shooting his shot and missing the end of game heave may not be the shot we want but it's pre-season and he went for it.

Good fight. They took 15 more 3s and won by 3. We only shot 9-30 from the arc whether by design or default. Both numbers too few.

Sochan and Keldon showed out well.

Not shy Malaki put up a tied for bench high 10 shots in only 13 minutes.

Don't love Julian at the 2. Has to sting for Branham that not only is his spot as next guy to fill a starter SG replaced but also his top 10 unit is as well.

Julian has a laid backness to him that gets on my nerves. Going through the motions so much that Pop rages at you on the sidelines to get I to right position off ball is a bad look. All the more so when he flashes more energy and purpose and aggression.

Can't wait for Devin to come back.

Steph was making hay on both ends. So impactful.

As I said before, I miss bigs with post moves.

We need to be more crisp about and with our sets. Not everyone knows where to be and where to react to. It shows all the more when facing a team that does. More corporate knowledge and execution needed.

On the basketball side, I got to see the 1st Half of your game, it looked like Sochan is a bit out of control, CP looked good though, I went to watch OKC/DEN after 2Q quarter. I like Mamukelishivili's game a lot he seems ready for a good year.

Yeah I mean he's been a pro's pro but even though neither he nor CP3 are part of our long term plans, there's a difference between signing as UFA and being traded to someplace, especially from a team that has a higher PO chance. I think we have a shot at the play in but of course Sac is ahead of us in development.

But there's just something about how he answers Qs that gives off a 'have to get through it and have to be a pro talking about how great it is to be here' vibe that I hope I'm wrong about.

He'll start, and he'll hopefully bring up his value enough that we get another 2031 pick or two lol

In other words, we still need to address the long term starting 3 even though the plug ins there are better this season.

To that end I wonder what if anything BBJ can grow into, and how Castle can fill in.
