San Antonio should definately look into getting Kwame, even coming from a Laker fan and how much I despise your team. Kwame really isn't all that bad, Laker fans can be very tough on their team sometimes. Although he has small hands and fumbles here and there, he does have some positive points. He can play solid defense when his confidence level is high and plus it is hard to find a big man in this league who can add some size to the front court.

If he does get waived, I don't think any team in the west wants to see the Lakers with more size coming off the bench.

my 2 cents.

What an impressive second post.

I can only imagine how well thought-out and informative the first one is.

Kudos to you my friend.

No self respecting Lakers' fan believes this crap.....this move was made to win now....and next year.......

If Bynum comes back 100%, we'll be beasts this year and beyond....

I hope you are right, haven't the Spurs won a bunch of Titles in the last few years?

And we gave up FOUR first round picks for Gasol!

and let me end this by the number: .04

(and Fisher is back....)

Now you have Gasol who is a very underrated player, he gives you 80% of KG production gets. He is is very skilled passing out of the post. I wonder if he will get more touches than Lamar and Bynum. It is a good problem to have given that he(Gasol) isn't like Eddy Curry in the post.

The Lakers ALL get their "TOUCHES" as you call them, they are third in the NBA in assists. In the Triangle offense the ball is passed around until the defensive Team doubles someone leaving someone else open. Odom is a pass-first kinda of guy, his assists will probably go up (and his points down) when Bynum gets back and Odom moves back to SF, but a front line at 7.1, 7.0 & 6.10-1/2 is going to be real hard to stop.

Well people said the exact same thing about the Lakers when they had Shaq/Kobe/GP and Malone. People say that would be impossible to stop, but in the end they were the victim of the biggest upset in the finals in 25 years. They are a formidable team but people fans are delirious if they think they have the West locked up.

Some people are talking like a Lakers-Celtics final is a given.

It wouldn't surprise me if neither of them made it that far.

Only part I would like to respond to is when we had malone & Gp. Everyone is forgetting Malone was injured. Thats why we lost we had no one for Sheed.

Injuries are a part of the game... and honestly did you think you were going to lose regardless? You don't think that Minny fans can say the same about Cassell when they faced you? We can say the same thing when Robinson was gimpy and when we had no SG. It is what it is. It is cool that Laker fans believe that they are a legit team to win a championship, but like it has been said before aren't entitled and locks to be champions with one trade.
