but he "EARNT" it this year imo.

Nobody is due for one, you gotto go out and earn it yourself.

More of a lifetime achievement award than an MVP. But well deserved. It was just a matter of time before Kobe got one. He's got the team behind him now, which means the Lakers will be hovering around 55+ wins every year, which = more MVP votes for Kobe.

Hey, better him than Nash and Nowitzki.

Well, he got suspended. Hehe.

Anyway, Kobe is a great player. He did take his team to the top record with injuries to his team and Pau less than half a season. And that was the most competitive West maybe ever and he achieved that.
