I think Wells as a so-called Spur Killer is one of the most overrated and overused terms on these boards. He had one decent series against us when he was with the Kings in '06. That's it. IMO one series does not make you a Spur Killer.

Anyway, good game by the guys. I was of the opinion that the winner of Game 4 wins the series.

He had six games where averaged 23 and 12. Big deal. His team still lost.

It was over and above his career standards, but he's hardly a Spur Killer.
