Ballings u always keep it real & it's no different on this quote. You guys are way more real than most of the Jazz fans. But even from a Lakers stand point this series is far from over (Hornets). If we let you guys take your 2 @ home anything could happen just as the afore mentioned series, all we did was held serve. We have to get @ least 1 in the alamo!!!! I agree..the key is the 3rd game and how it's played..if the lakers win/ lose real close ..I think the Spurs are done..

But I do sense fatigue..and these games being every other day doen't seem like the spurs have a chance to rest and practice adjustment ..

A loss is a loss. It doesn't matter if it was a last sec shot that beat us or a total blow out.

We need to get 2 W's at home... and make it a 3 game series.

yep you are right a loss is a loss but i don't think that blowing a 20 pt lead in the first game and then getting crushed and humiliated in game 2 feels like just a loss. your team feels tired and they know we are not the hornets, phil jackson and kobe have 12 rings combined.

Again, who cares? Horry + Pop + Duncan + Manu + Parker + Barry + Oberto + Finley have like seven thousand and four rings combined. I don't understand what that has to do with anything?

Agree, game 3 is critical to both teams! If Spurs get 3, then it is a series again. However, if the Lakers win...then it can be a sweep. I say "sweep" because by losing 3, I don't think the Spurs have any adjustments left to have to beat the Lakers. Another consideration is the schedule......playing every other day is very taxing on an aging team. Good luck to both teams!

lol, what? Kobe didn't play in the fourth until that break where Pop emptied the bench. I think that was about the 8 minute mark. Kobe only stayed in for a few minutes. Our BENCH blew it open. We had Ariza and DJ out there for crying out loud.

Ok, game 2 summary: total *** kicking.

Moving on, game 3.

Must win, for sure. We lose game 3, it's officially over.

We got blown out twice in NO and won 4 of 5. If game 3 and 4 play out like 3 and 4 of the NO series, I'll have some hope. It's just tough to get out now. Either way, let's go Spurs!
