Election Night Thread... Mavs vs Spurs

Post#1 » by Blame Rasho » Tue Nov 4, 2008 9:51 pm

Oh shit... we are on the pace for the worst record in the NBA.

Mavs are coming to town.

They just came off a ugly loss vs the Cavs...

They have Kidd who is fading...

They have Dirk who had a crapful game last night

You have Jet and Stackhouse who talk like they have actually won something meaningful no matter that they have consistently gotten their ass handed to them in the playoffs.

You have Howard had several brain farts during the summer...

We have TD and Parker...
.
.
.
.
.
We also have a haveway decent player in Mason and not much else....

Projections....

Kidd has a long night vs Parker

Dirk rebounds from a crappy night vs our 3 bigs... TD,Thomas, and Bonner.

TD goes for 35... He is like f' it I have to make up for Manu and Bowens offensive production

Bowen goes scoreless and Spurs fans everywhere question the draft where we didn't get a replacement for him.

Pop gets a tech...

Udoka starts a fight....

I guess that is it... we get our first win of the season by a small margin. I say 6 points...

Wow we really spread the minutes around. What happened with Bowen he only had 12 minutes or something.
Hill had a nice game on the stat sheet, did he look alright on the floor?

Hill looked pretty damn good out there. Mason continues to do well. Bonner continues to be worthless. 0-3.

I'm not worried yet. We have several key injuries and a lot of key new additions... will take some time.

Call me when we lose to OKC.

Still it'll be much more re-assuring when we start to get some W's
We don't wanna fall to for behind the rest of the pack. The West is too good to casually lose games and still be comfortable.
