Anyone want Maggette??

Title says it all. As far as we're concerned he can be had for a bag of chips and a hot dog. So anyone want him and what could you offer? (Seriously, we'd almost accept anything at all)

I'd still like to see him on this team

Not expecting us to get him, though

We simply don't have the salaries to acquire maggette. With the emergence of Roger Mason, Magette isn't as necessary as he was. Front court help is of the highest need right now.

No thanks. That bag of chips and a hot dog won't cause near the heartburn that Maggette's ridiculous contract would.

He has too big of a contract... and no real assets to remotely acquire him. He is stuck in Golden State for a while.

Let's make a deal. You buy him out, we sign him for the minimum.

Boy did we get lucky with this one, we avoid signing a cancer and our second choice turns gold.
I feel for golden state though, nothing really has gone great for them since the Monta ellis incident.
Though i think you guys are going to just have to wing it with Corey for a while
