The thought of the 1997 NBA Lottery still makes me sad. :cry: It was the perfect setup. Tim Duncan was the next coming of Bill Russell (with a better offensive game), placed in Boston to thwart Shaq (the new Wilt) and the evil Lakers regime. Damn you cursed ping-pong balls!!

Tim Duncan is a winner. His game is just so beautiful to watch. Simple, yet effective.

He is one of the most consistant players that I have witnessed play the game.

Night in and night out the guy puts up double doubles and he don't even realize. He steady's the team and anchors the defense.
