OT: Need a big favor

I am trying to put together a strategy for my build a team competition. I drafted with the Spurs in mind. Can someone with more basketball knowledge describe the style of play ( the X's and O') and strategies that made the Spurs win all those NBA titles? Other than give the ball down low to Tim Duncan. what other things they did?
