Has anybody heard that the Spurs worked him out and offered him a contract?

I remember watching him play at Wisconsin a few years back. He's a big dude who's a decent rebounder and a pretty good shot blocker, but he's not very mobile or athletic.

I am sure that the Spurs need practice players or he can be a play with the Toros.

I have not read anything from the local papers concerning him nonetheless.
