GT: Nuggets vs. Spurs

Post#1 » by Nolan » Sat Nov 17, 2012 9:36 pm

When: 8:30 PM ET, November 17, 2012
Where: AT&T Center, San Antonio, TX

Starting Lineups:

Nuggets:
PG - Ty Lawson
SG - Andre Iguodala
SF - Danilo Gallinari
PF - Kenneth Faried
C - Kosta Koufos

Spurs:
PG - Tony Parker
SG - Danny Green
SF - Stephen Jackson
PF - Tim Duncan
C - DeJuan Blair

Well tonight's game against the Nuggets should be another very tough test for this team.

The Nuggets are very deep and very well rounded so we're going to have to play our best to beat them.

Go Spurs!!

Kenneth Faried will go off as usual... make them shoot jumpers and we should be good...

Let's see how Jax plays starting.

I am excited to see if Nando gets some minutes with Neal and Leonard out.

Should be a good game no doubt.
Shaq on Duncan:SA won because of TD, a guy I could never break.I could talk trash to Ewing, get in D-Rob's face, get a rise out of Mourning, but when I went at Tim he’d look at me like he was bored and say:“Hey,Shaq, watch this shot right off the glass.”

Great win. Hard to say anything bad about the game. Everybody played well and the defense was pretty good. We had them at about 80 points with 5 minutes left in the game.

Thank god Manu is back on track . His best game so far this season.

Blais was a very nice surprise. 19 points, 8 rebounds and 3 assists. 5/6 from the FT line. Great passes and very solid contribution with only 22 minutes of action.

I think Patty played too much out of control again, but I can't complain overall. The team looked really good the whole game.

Yup we have a nice big rotation when Blair starts. Duncan-Blair. Then usually Blair gets subbed and we have Duncan-Diaw. And then Splitter-Diaw. Blair and Diaw doesn't play together in that rotation. No team other than Lakers can post up either of their 2 bigs.
