All that energy expended, for two losses.

Frustrating indeed.

Wait, Baynes was available and only comes in with a minute left? I don't get that. We could have used him.

Makes me sad, because it seems like HE doesn't realize it. That's a difficult conversation to have.

Agreed. I love the guy but he's basically single handely lost us two straight games with his care free crunch time play.

Yeah. It's nice having Tiago back but we still need the big banger in there once in while. He just does so many good things for us on both ends.

If we can take any solace from these games, it's that we've managed to hang around against excellent teams without several key players.

Anderson should have taken more of Ginobili's minutes. Ginobili was again the difference tonight. He looked pretty awful.

I feel like if we had Tony for these last two games we would of won both of them easily. He's the only guy we have capable of taking over late in games and that's what we were missing.

I completely agree. Tony's 'clutch-ness' is highly under-recognized, but if he'd been playing, it might not even have come down to NEEDING clutch play.

Yeah... not sure what's up with him, but I think some time off would help. Unfortunately, we're already thin at the guard/perimeter rotation because of the other injuries.

When it matters he always seems to able to get into the paint, collapse the defense and either get himself a easy score close to the rim or get someone else a wide open shot.

We've basically been playing without a PG since he went down and it's been hurting us big time. I love Cojo but he's not a lead guard in the way Tony is.

Yeah, he just has a great knack for finding shots for himself or making the right play in those situations. Way underrated as a clutch performer.

I've been WAY impressed with CoJo in the last couple of weeks, but like you said, he's not the leader Tony is. But obviously, he wouldn't be on the floor in those situations if we were closer to 100%.

We'll be fine. I just hope those guys get to feeling better soon, because our schedule doesn't ease up. This conference is a real grinder.

It's not just time off needed for Manu. He needs a slap across the back of the head.

He's been responsible for a number of losses this season. He is 37 years old and should not only be shooting less but should be intelligent enough to know that.

He's shooting more than last year and at a much lower percentage. Over 10 attempts per game at 39% is not only bad but borderline selfish. He should know better. So should Pop. I'm not sure why Manu is immune to Pop's wrath.

1 flashy made play seems to outweigh 5 bad one's in their eyes, which is wrong and hurting the team.
